SERIES OF CLASSES

Aerial arts combine strength, flexibility, movement, and artistry to create a stunning performance high off the ground. Through this mixed-apparatus class focused on aerial silks and hoop, students will progress through our curriculum, learning more challenging skills as they gain strength and knowledge.

Beginners will get a basic introduction to  both aerial silks and hoop by learning foundational skills, basic climbs, and a variety of moves from foot locks and simple wraps on silks, as well as mounts, hangs, spins, supported positions and simple transitions on hoop. Build strength and coordination, learn about proper alignment and engagement, and put your moves into short sequences that bring all your hard work together!
