Aerial arts offer an engaging way for kids and teens to improve their physical fitness, flexibility, and coordination. We provide a supportive environment where students are encouraged to develop self-discipline and creativity through their training. Focused on aerial silks, students will progress through our curriculum, learning more challenging skills as they gain strength and knowledge, eventually creating their own routine.
PREREQUISITE: This class is open to youths (ages 11-15) who have completed at least 1 full session in Youth Aerial Level 1 with us, or by permission (previous aerial experience required). To determine if you are right for this class, email [email protected].
