spot leftThis is an intermediate level class that welcomes students who have done at least one session of Level 1 Aerial Straps with us or who have equivalent experience.
Intermediate students will build on the strength and knowledge from beginner, learning more complex moves, moves from inverted positions like knee hooks, and more challenging wraps and positions. Students will also build endurance by performing longer sequences, and will begin to explore the straps to find new transitions.
