spots leftAs a beginner, you will receive a basic introduction to the trapeze by learning foundational skills, mounts, supported positions and simple transitions while building strength, spatial awareness, coordination, and flexibility with an emphasis on proper alignment and engagement. As you progress to intermediate, we explore more challenging moves, learn more complex transitions, and begin to develop your own variations and sequences.
This is an all levels class open to adults age 16+.
