spots leftAerial arts offer an engaging way for kids and teens to improve their physical fitness, flexibility, and coordination. We provide a supportive environment where students are encouraged to develop self-discipline and creativity through their training. Focused on aerial silks and hoop, students will progress through our curriculum, learning more challenging skills as they gain strength and knowledge, eventually creating their own routine.
This is a beginner level class that is open to youths, ages 11-15.
