Aerial Hoop (Lyra) is an aerial apparatus that consists of a solid metal ring attached to a rope.
The aerialist spins and mounts the hoop, moving through positions and transitions below,
through, and above it.

This is a mixed level class that welcomes beginner and intermediate students.

As a beginner, you will receive a basic introduction to aerial hoop by learning foundational skills, mounts, hangs, spins, supported positions and simple transitions while building strength, spatial awareness, coordination, and flexibility with an emphasis on proper alignment and engagement.
As you progress to intermediate, we explore moves on top of the hoop, learn more complex
transitions, and begin to develop your own variations and sequences.

Please be sure to read through our updated Policies and Procedures, as well as our Registration Rules.
