Self-directed, independent training time where students and professionals can practice skills, train moves they’ve learned in class, condition, and work on creative projects.
An Instructor is present to supervise training, but there is no instruction. We highly recommend purchasing a pass to access our Curriculum Video Library to compliment your training!
Please make sure you are aware of all policies and procedures before arriving:
Ages 16+, unless by consent of owners.
NOTE: Only students who have already completed at least 1 full session with us, or have equivalent experience, may reserve a spot in an Open Gym. If you are new to our studio, please introduce yourself by sending us an email ([email protected])
