This is an all levels class that welcomes beginner and intermediate students.
This class is beneficial for established pole students but is open to those of all levels that would like to work on grip strength, spinning, and fluidity of movement on a new apparatus. This class is taught at an athletic and artistic level, emphasizing strength, flexibility, and skill.
No previous experience is required, all levels of fitness and experience are welcome.
