This is an all levels class that welcomes beginner and intermediate students.
Beginners will get a basic introduction to aerial straps by learning foundational skills and a variety of moves. Build strength and coordination, learn about proper alignment and engagement, and put your moves into short sequences that bring all your hard work together!
Intermediate students will build on the strength and knowledge from beginner, learning more complex moves, moves from inverted positions like knee hooks, and more challenging wraps and positions. Students will also build endurance by performing longer sequences, and will begin to explore the straps to find new transitions.
This class follows a progressive curriculum. No previous experience is required, all levels of fitness and experience are welcome.
